Good to know

Delivery time is counted in working days from the day the seller hands your parcel to the courier.
Remote areas can take a day or two longer than the estimate, especially in the hills and mountains.
Festivals, strikes, road closures and bad weather can delay delivery. The order page always shows the latest status.
The exact delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery: keep the amount ready; the courier cannot always give change.
