No. You can add to your bag and wishlist as a guest; they are kept on this device. When you log in they are merged into your account, and prices and stock are checked again.

Yes, where it is offered for your order. Cash on delivery is shown at checkout, along with any online payment methods that are working right now.

Checkout lists only the payment methods that are available at this moment. If an online method is not shown, it cannot be used right now; cash on delivery or another listed method can.

Prices and stock are checked with the store every time you open your bag. If anything changed, the bag tells you what changed before you pay.

Type the code in the coupon box on the bag page and choose Apply. If a coupon cannot be used, the reason is shown next to it.

It depends on your province. The Kathmandu Valley is usually the quickest. The Delivery information page lists the estimate for each province.

After the returned item reaches us and passes inspection. Online payments are usually refunded within 5–10 working days of approval. For cash on delivery we ask for the account to send the refund to.

Yes, from Account then Orders, until the order is packed. Prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Screens and lighting can make colours look slightly different. A small difference on its own is not a fault. If the item is clearly not what was listed, contact us.
